In the majority of cases both corporate and private tenants will let properties which are fully furnished.  This can include everything from beds, sofas, chairs and tables through to white goods such as fridges, washing machines etc.  

In addition it may also be necessary to provide items such as bed linen and towels, as well as small kitchen appliances such as toasters, kettles, crockery and cutlery.  In effect, on a furnished tenancy, tenants will usually just expect to bring their own clothes and personal possessions. 

At the start of the tenancy we will compile an inventory and schedule of condition which the tenant will be required to sign.  Once the tenancy comes to an end the tenant will be liable for any damage caused, save for fair wear and tear, and any costs involved will be deducted from their deposit.
